At Noori.store, we want you to be happy with your bracelet purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your bracelet must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.

  • Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash).

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank's policies.
